What a year 2008 is so far. And not in the good way. House cleaning is out because of my back. Long distance petsitting is out because of the gas prices. Same for commuting to the big city for work.
I'm open and available for any home office type work: Transcription, bookkeeping, HR, correspondence; document QA, editing, and proofreading; website creation and maintenance; etc. |

on morphine that doesn't stop the pain makes you try to figure out what you're doing wrong. The intense physical pain, feels like you're being punished for something you did.
I already quit the housecleaning jobs... now I'm feeling unsure about the petsitting jobs. So no new clients... in April... when people are making their summer vacation plans...
Back surgery at 43? This can't be my life, can it?
So.... job ideas for someone bedridden and on narcotics... anyone?... Bueller? |

People are calling for housecleaning, having picked up my business card around town. I'm sorry to say that I am no longer taking new Cleaning clients. Only petsitting and computer consults.

The presentation at Sectus.org in London went very well. I had a fabulous visit with Tina in Denmark. I'm hoping she comes to Minnesota this fall, so I can see her again.
Got a raise, bonuses, and more hours with www.mellowmarshfarm.com though I'm still working part time for them. Petsitting is going well. My regular clients keep taking lots of trips each year. :-)
The tarot never has panned out like I'd hoped it would. Oddly enough I'm making fake money with it in the fake world of www.secondlife.com This fake money can be converted to real money however. I am Tarot Writer in SL.
Dr. Ryan Fox of Chapel Hill Chiropractic finally got it how much pain I'm in and sent me for an MRI yesterday. I hope to get them read this week or next.
